TOLL·402 is a static directory. There are no accounts, no logins, and no tracking cookies. We collect the minimum needed to keep the site working and understand which listings are useful. We do not sell or share your data.
We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and cookieless. It records aggregate, anonymized signals — page views and a handful of custom interaction events (e.g. a search performed, a filter applied, a connect snippet copied) — with no personally identifying information and no cross-site tracking. It exists so we can see which tools and categories people actually use, and improve the directory accordingly.
If you use our contact form, the name, email address, and message you submit are sent to us by email through Resend (our email provider) so we can reply. We use that information only to respond to you. We don't add you to any list.
The tools listed here are operated by third parties. When you click through to a listing's endpoint, docs, or source, you leave TOLL·402 and are subject to that provider's own privacy practices. x402 payments happen directly between your agent's wallet and the provider — TOLL·402 is not in the payment path and never sees your wallet or funds.
Analytics data is aggregate and anonymized. Contact-form emails are retained in our inbox for as long as needed to handle your inquiry. To ask what we hold or to request deletion of a message you sent us, email us via the contact form.
