Returns ranked products with evidence scores, confidence bands, and provenance metadata for a vertical, an optional category, and a natural language purchase intent. Supports budget, brand, and product ID filters. When observations are too sparse to support a confident recommendation, the API returns HTTP 200 with an empty results array and insufficient_evidence set to true. It never fabricates results.
