Builds a reporting calendar from SEC filings. For each past period it gives the period end, the date the report was filed, the form type, and the earnings per share and revenue as filed — the reported figures, not a summary of them. From the historical gap between period end and filing date it derives the median lag and projects the next expected filing window, clearly marked as an estimate: the SEC publishes no forward calendar, and a company can file early or late.
