Create a standing watch. Types: url (page text diff), rss (new feed items), price (crypto threshold/24h-move via CoinGecko id), edgar (new SEC filings by ticker+forms — 8-K item codes decoded, Form 4 insider trades parsed into who bought/sold, how much, and whether scheduled). Returns watch_id, key, and the poll URL. Poll GET /watches/{id}/alerts?since={cursor}&key={key} for alerts.
