Params: words, phrase, any_words, none_words, hashtags, from, to, mentioning, filter, min_likes, min_retweets, min_replies, since, until, within_time, near, since_id, max_id, type (top|latest), cursor; search_query accepts raw X search syntax. e.g. GET /search?words=bitcoin&from=elonmusk.
