Search 588+ curated Claude Code skills by keyword. Returns top matching skills with full markdown content, quality score, categories, and source repo. Optional filters: min_quality (1-10), categories array, limit (default 5, max 10). Useful for AI agents that need to discover and load specialized skills on-demand without bundling the full 15MB skill library.
