https://api.invoket.com/climate/return-period
Rank a season against a location's ingested climate history (ERA5 reanalysis, currently a rolling ~5-year window): where a target year's seasonal mean temperature or total rainfall falls in the historical sample — percentile, empirical return period and sample size, with small samples flagged via coverage — for risk, reinsurance and climate finance. Also accepts city=<name> (alias location=, optional country= ISO 3166 alpha-2) instead of lat/lon, resolved via the embedded GeoNames gazetteer (exact match, most populous wins) and echoed back as data.location. No account, no key, pay per call.
Start with a quote-only recipe. Payment signing stays in your project.

EVIDENCE
Each record has an exact-route quote outcome. Unresolved templates and potentially mutating methods are labeled instead of being invoked without provider-specific test input. A quote is still separate from a settled paid call.
