GEDX402 Images API: POST /v1/images/transform
Resize, fit, and transcode an image on images-api.gedx402.com. POST url or image_base64 with optional width, height, format (webp/jpeg/png/avif), and fit; returns base64 bytes. x402 settlement USDC per request (see npm run pricing:report) worst-case. Hero: GET /heroes/images-transform. Bundle: GET /v1/models?bundle=artifacts.
