CSV <-> JSON: POST /api/csv
Convert CSV text to JSON and JSON rows back to CSV. RFC 4180 parsing (quoted fields, escaped quotes, embedded newlines), automatic delimiter detection (comma/semicolon/tab/pipe), and type coercion (numbers, booleans, nulls).
