POST /v1/trust/report
Deep endpoint trust/QoS report for an x402 endpoint. Everything the trust score returns PLUS history detail: the full payment-terms drift log (including custody/payTo changes), the discovery/listing timeline across directories, the paid-delivery sample log, and a summarized counts-by-outcome breakdown with latency percentiles. Raw per-probe rows are never shipped. Use for auditing or investigating a specific endpoint's reliability over time.
Start with a quote-only recipe. Payment signing stays in your project.

EVIDENCE
Each record has an exact-route quote outcome. Unresolved templates and potentially mutating methods are labeled instead of being invoked without provider-specific test input. A quote is still separate from a settled paid call.
