Buy a USA prepaid Visa card loaded with exactly the requested balance ($5–$1000). Price is dynamic: amount + fee (3% min $0.50) — send unpaid to get a 402 with the exact total. Body: { amount }. Returns 202 + poll_url; card number/CVV via GET /cards/:id when ready (~10s). US merchants only; non-reloadable.
