SolEnrich: POST /entrypoints/check-alerts/invoke
Poll-based event detection for spot + Jupiter Perps. Pass a watchlist (<=10 tokens, <=10 wallets) and a `since` ISO 8601 timestamp; get alerts fired since then. Token alerts: price spikes/drops, whale inflow/outflow, concentration shifts. Wallet alerts: risk changes, portfolio value moves, position add/remove. Perps alerts per wallet: position add/close, at-risk, liquidation-approaching, pnl-swing. Stateless; the agent owns the `since` cursor.
Start with a quote-only recipe. Payment signing stays in your project.

EVIDENCE
Each record has an exact-route quote outcome. Unresolved templates and potentially mutating methods are labeled instead of being invoked without provider-specific test input. A quote is still separate from a settled paid call.
