RSS Parser
Fetch and parse any RSS 2.0 or Atom feed URL and return structured articles with title, link, description (truncated to 500 chars), author, publish date, and categories — so agents can monitor content sources, build news pipelines, and process any feed without building their own XML parser. A URL that isn't a parseable feed still returns 200 with feed_type:"unknown", empty items, and a parse_failed finding.
Start with a quote-only recipe. Payment signing stays in your project.
const response = await fetch("https://netintel-production-440c.up.railway.app/rss-parser/fetch", {
method: "GET",
});
console.log(response.status);
console.log(Object.fromEntries(response.headers));
console.log((await response.text()).slice(0, 1000));
// A valid 402 is a quote, not a completed paid call.This sends no payment. Inspect the 402 response before adding a wallet-enabled client.

EVIDENCE
Each record has an exact-route quote outcome. Unresolved templates and potentially mutating methods are labeled instead of being invoked without provider-specific test input. A quote is still separate from a settled paid call.
