Searches Tenders Electronic Daily, the EU procurement journal, and returns notices with buyer, title, place of performance, estimated value, procedure type and publication date, each linked to the full notice. Search runs on CPV codes because that is how TED is indexed — free text finds a fraction of what a category search does — and fifteen common categories are mapped to their codes so a caller need not know them.
