OSHA enforcement delta feed for one employer: everything that GENUINELY changed in the last N days (default 7) — new inspections, new violations, penalty increases/cuts, vacated citations — content-diffed so DOL's bulk-reload timestamp churn (case_mod_date, load_dt) never shows up as a change. Each change row names the changed columns and old/new penalty values. The only clean change feed over OSHA enforcement data; DOL's own API cannot distinguish new from touched.
